In a very scary, overwhelming situation, it was so comforting to know they know what they're doing, could take care of us, and answered all of our questions. I cannot adequately express into words how much I genuinely appreciate and trust Steven as an inspector. He has had immense patience with me, spent hours and multiple visits, and has expressed genuine concern for my health struggles as I navigate through my journey.
