Fire and Contents Manager

This position requires a leader who is structured and dedicated to delivering a quality product while maintaining a positive environment which would allow all the members of the fire division to excel in their given jobs. The Division Manager must maintain a relationship with each member of the department that would enable open communication between the members and management which would allow for questions, concerns, and suggestions to flow freely from all the members.

Some of the job duties include:

Maintain overall quality, consistency, and morale in the division
Build a relationship with each homeowner to ensure trust and communication is strong
Train and teach on a continuous basis
Educate the property owners on the restoration process
Monitor equipment and programming necessary for the fire and content cleaning divisions
Maintaining records on matters pertinent to the fire division
Develop the necessary paperwork for the fire division
Oversee content cleaning
Provide excellent customer service

Work hours are 7-5 with limited evening/weekend hours. Must have a clean driving record with no OWI’s or DUI’s in the last five years and a background check free from felonies.
Compensation: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year based on experience in management. Prior restoration experience is not required. Prior management of people is strongly suggested.

Restoration Job Supervisor

Job Summary:
This position requires an individual who is detail oriented, communicates clearly, build’s relationships with customers and trade partners to ensure delivery of the Paul Davis vision. The JS ensures the scope of work is communicated to the trades and instructs them on how the work is to be completed. The JS daily monitors all ongoing projects and communicates with the Construction Manager, Project Team, Scheduler and both in-house and external trade partners as needed to drive the project to completion in an effective, profitable and efficient manner.
Job Duties:
· Responsible for establishing an acceptable job schedule identifying a targeted completion date that complies with the signed contract and the defined scope of work
· Responsible for communicating the job schedule and reconstruction process to the contractors as well as updating the RPM, Coordinator and CM.
· Responsible for the completion of the restoration project within an acceptable gross margin
· Responsible for completing the work order as written and producing written and signed change orders when it’s necessary to alter the original contract
· Responsible to oversee that the job site is safe and clean on a daily basis
· Responsible for ensuring trade partners deliver the PD vision
· Responsible for maintaining trade partner and vendor relationships
· Responsible for arranging and meeting inspectors from the municipalities as well as mortgage and insurance companies at the job site when necessary
· Responsible for resolving quality issues with trade partners and clarifying the restoration process as needed
· Responsible for adding weekly/daily job updates in RMS and updating the RPM and Coordinator while maintaining documented communication throughout the reconstruction process

Pay range $50,000 – $60,000 pay based on experience

Environmental Technician

This position is responsible for providing operational support in mitigation efforts for clients. Qualified candidates must have the ability to perform tasks related to Mold remediation, Hazardous materials removal/Decontamination, pumping and extracting water, as well as demolition/ minor repairs, and must use various types of specialized equipment under supervision. After completing the training required by Paul Davis for all new employees, this position will promote a Specialist in Environmental Remediation Technician. Previous IICRC experience and experience with mold remediation and some construction knowledge is suggested but, not necessary. Job training and industry certifications are provided. In addition, applicants must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5 with limited evening and weekend hours and on call duties one week each month. Criminal background check is required as well as a valid driver’s license free of OWI’s and DWI’s.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to receive the instructions provided by the team leader.

Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep these clean and in perfect conditions of use.
Attention to details.
The professional will be obliged to comply with the standards of Paul Davis to safeguard the property of other people.
Must have a deep knowledge of customer service, as well as the principles and practices of this.
Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
You will be periodically requested to work overtime and work at night and during weekends.
You must inform in a timely and accurate manner about the time worked and the equipment and consumables used.
Attend the operations sponsored by Paul Davis in house or class training courses that are necessary.

Duties:

Mold remediation(crawlspace, attic, indoor etc)
Moving & re-setting contents
Setting drying equipment per the job requirements
Antimicrobial applications as appropriate
Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
Maintaining vehicles in clean serviceable condition
Constructing polyethylene enclosures
Removing and disposing of debris
Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks
Bio/ Trauma clean up,
Abatement of hazardous materials
Small repairs-drywall, trims, painting.

Qualifications

Must be able to identify Product (consumables), usage and disposal requirements with training
Must have knowledge of various pump systems
Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Paul Davis vehicle policy
Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
English language literacy and fluency
Self-motivated, organized, flexible and can work well with others.

Physical Demands

Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs
Occasional lifting from 50lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time)
Access and mobility in tight spaces
Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
Ability to use mobile devices for collection of data and time.

Pay range based on related experience – $14 – $17 per hour

Laundry Technician

We are currently seeking either a Full time or Part Time Laundry Technician to add to our CARE Team. Candidates are expected to assist with the inventory process of customers contents and laundry and also assist in the cleaning process. Candidates are also asked to assist with maintaining quality in the contents/laundry department and help organize all storage areas. We have part-time and full-time hours available.

Hourly pay begins at $15 for no experience. Lead technicians begin at $17/ hour with experience in the field. An annual W2 figure for this position ranges from $40,000 – $70,000 as this position pays, OT, DT and monthly bonus. This is a position where you can earn what you want by the end of the year by working emergency jobs on evenings and weekends along with the monthly bonuses.

Restoration Project Manager
Job Summary:
This position requires an individual who is detail oriented, communicates clearly, build’s relationships with customers and trade partners to ensure delivery of the Paul Davis vision. The RPM ensures an accurate scope of work to be completed and communicates the scope to the trades to reflect how the work is to be completed. The RPM daily monitors all ongoing projects and communicates with the Customer, Construction Manager, Project Team, Scheduler and both in-house and external trade partners as needed to drive the project to completion in an effective, profitable and efficient manner.
Job Duties:
· Responsible for leading the project team and facilitating every project from start to completion.
· Responsible for establishing an acceptable job schedule identifying a targeted completion date that complies with the signed contract and the defined scope of work
· Responsible for communicating the job schedule and reconstruction process to the customer as well as updating the Coordinator, Job Supervisor and Forman.
· Responsible for the completion of the restoration project within an acceptable gross margin
· Responsible for ensuring an NPS score of 70% or higher
· Responsible for reviewing and communicating work orders as written with Job Supervisors and Forman as well as producing written and signed change orders when it’s necessary to alter the original contract
· Responsible for ensuring their project team delivers the PD vision
· Responsible for maintaining customer and professional relationships
· Responsible for arranging and meeting inspectors from the municipalities as well as mortgage and insurance companies at the job site when necessary
· Responsible for resolving issues with customers and clarifying the restoration process as needed
· Responsible for identifying and obtaining material selections early in the planning stage to ensure that we do not slow the progress of the reconstruction process
· Responsible for adding weekly/daily job updates in RMS and updating the customer and project team, maintaining documented communication throughout the reconstruction process

In order to accomplish this the candidate needs to have knowledge and experience completing the work assigned independent of being instruction on how to perform the tasks; Respect the property owner; have pride in what they do; and practice continuous improvement. Throughout the job the candidate will communicate with many people inside Paul Davis as well as the property owner. Paul Davis is hiring for several trades including drywall,paint, tile and trim carpentry.

Paul Davis is in search of a high energy, analytical-thinking commercial marketer to help drive marketing programs for our annual marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have experience in finding new business as well as fostering existing relationships and be familiar with the community of Northeast Indiana. This business development position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks with a focus on goals towards growing market penetration and delivering a brand of Best-in-Class service. We have a deep commitment to our philosophy in how we approach our business. The ideal candidate would thrive in a competitive fast paced environment. Commercial customers that suffer a catastrophic event such as a major flood, pipe leaks or fire loss have great disruption in their busy schedules and need to meet the commitments they have made to their customers. There are many competitors and property owners do not know who to
trust and have difficulty making the tough choice as to who can best help them with restoring their businesses and properties. We have a full-service company that can do soft and hard contents, mitigation and a total rebuild of the structure. This position is salary plus commission. Compensation packages are negotiable.

A successful Business Development professional should earn north of $85,000 in their first full year and increasing numbers in each year after that.
